Samantha Hanes is the Business Manager for the Center for Oral Surgery + Dental Implants. Her crucial role involves supervising and directing all business activities and assisting the team with their duties. Samantha ensures the administrative heart of the practice runs efficiently, handling staff scheduling, and managing essential record keeping, including compliance with HIPAA standards.

Samantha's expertise is built on a strong foundation within the practice, where she previously excelled as a Business Assistant. She is dedicated to the professional growth of her team, actively encouraging continuing education for the business assisting staff, and she works closely with the Director of Operations on various HR duties and staffing needs.

A West Michigan native, Samantha grew up in Howard City, MI. When she is away from the office, she enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with her husband, family, and friends, and working out. Her hobbies include boating, playing pickleball, and hiking, and her favorite place to relax is at the beach or on the water.
