X-Ray Submissions

Please email any necessary patient X-rays as attachments to info@grandrapidsoralsurgery.com.

Areas of Collaboration

We welcome collaboration on a comprehensive range of oral and maxillofacial needs, including:

Digital Imaging Policy

To maintain the highest standard of patient safety and care efficiency, we have updated our digital imaging policy. This ensures that the diagnostic images we receive are clearly identified and compatible with our systems. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines as we work together to provide the best possible care for our shared patients.

CBCT Images

We are happy to review a gallery of CBCT images submitted as a PDF, including the necessary patient identification and date. To prevent compatibility issues with proprietary reader software, we cannot accept raw CBCT image files from other offices for diagnostic purposes.

Digital X-Rays

When sending digital X-rays, please ensure the patient’s name, date of birth, date of X-ray, and L/R orientation are displayed directly on the image, perhaps by converting the image to a PDF.
